We asked for an a nice size and fully-equipped room with comfortable beds, good views, three toilets and got one. Its location a short walk to an expansive museum was comfortable and handy. There was a poolside restaurant nearby.

The value for our money was incredible, with 5-star quality and comfort for a price even lower than comparable Airbnbs. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony provided a lovely view. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and cafes, and easy to grab a taxi for exploring the city. The staff at Somerset were extremely friendly and professional, ensuring a perfect stay for families like ours.

Very helpful staff. If you travel with children, the swimming pool is an absolute bonus, certainly in a busy and crowded city like Saigon. Restaurant at the pool was pretty good (but a bit small for such a large hotel) Breakfast (included in the room price) was nice too (lots of choice).
The apartments were bit old for their price.
